This guide will provide you a sketched layout of furniture, an elevation or two for location of decorative items or a sketched layout of built-ins to provide as design guidance for yourself or a contractor. This guide also provides a detailed document for each suggested piece.

starting at $1,200

If you just purchased a new home or decided to do a minor renovation, this guide is for you. Complete with floor plan layouts, furniture selections, light selections, paint selections, elevations, and finish plans. A list of furniture and/or fixtures that is shown will be provided and tagged on a floor plan. All plans will be dimensioned so you can easily reference as you buy or hand over to a contractor to have them implement.

We will manage your project from start to finish. Our process begins with a consultation to determine your project needs and the value you seek. We will lay out a design schedule complete with meetings, floor plans, coordination with construction, procurement of furniture and installation. You get to sit back, relax, and enjoy collaborating on the design.

Pricing will be provided as a flat fee up front. No hidden service costs will be provided throughout the project
